NOTES: "Flint" is a shapey, stunning 8 year old blood bay gelding. "Flint" heads, heels, has done all the ranch chores and is great on the trails. Stands 15.2 hands and weighs all of 1300 lbs. He is very stout made, heavily muscled, very well balanced and stands on a lot of hoof and bone. Bred well being a grandson of the great FRENCHMANS GUY. He has a great personality, is calm and is extremely gentle. He has a lot of confidence and presence. Not only is he easy to be around, but he is a very comfortable to ride having a smooth and controlled trot and lope. Also neck reins and moves off your leg pressure well. He is a very nice rope horse that both heads and heels. He stays calm and scores great. He walks back to the box every time. He would be a great fit for a lower number roper. Has been used on the ranch to check cows and check fence. Also does great on the trails and can been ridden out alone or in a group. He can cross logs and steep inclines with ease. He stands well for the farrier and to be bathed. No vices. 100% sound! If you're looking for a great minded, perfect age and gorgeous gelding, he is the one for you.
