NOTES: "Joe" is a big red roan gelding standing 15.2 hands, thick built with a good foot and tons of bone. We bought him as a 2 year old and started him slow and correct. We gradually took him further in the arena. We then pen roped steers and roped the hot heels. "Joe" has nice collected circles with smooth transitions. He pivots nicely and has an excellent stop. Outside of the arena he has been on overnight trail rides, rides in a group or alone. Crosses ditches, logs and water with ease, is also traffic safe. Joe has been used in the pasture to check cattle and doctor pairs. He has an abundance of talent and has the potential to go in many directions. Sells sound. FMI 563-590-2836.
