NOTES: Eddie is an 8 year old gelding standing 15.2 hands high. He's lived on large West Texas ranches prowling and working cattle. Most recently he's worked in the sale barns and feedlots in the Panhandle of Texas. Eddie handles the rope well both in the pasture and the branding pen. He's got a big motor and is used to long days. He's got a nice stop, lead changes, and spin. He's good to sort cattle and rolls over his hocks nicely. Eddie moves quietly outside, can cross obstacles including water and logs, open gates, and handle rough country. He's easy to catch in a big pen and stands tied. Eddie hauls easily and is a good keeper. He is a good candidate for stock horse or ranch horse versatility shows. He would also make a good head/heel horse. Eddie has the breeding and experience to move forward in the discipline of your choice.
