NOTES: Fancy is a 8 year old beautiful black and white paint mare standing 15.1 hands tall. She is a fun and easy horse to ride. Fancy has been used at the sale barn, sorting and penning back cattle. Been used at the ranch to gather and loves going for trail rides. Fancy is kind natured and level headed- no funny business. She rides around like a good broke horse should. Picks up her leads, moves off leg pressure, open/closes gates and has a smooth stop. Fancy stays light in your hands and soft in the bridle, all around a nice mare! Stands patiently to be saddled, bridled and mounted. Loves to be groomed. Sound, sane and up to date on routine maintenance (feet, teeth, dewormer, etc.).
