NOTES: Waco is a 3 year old dun gelding. He’s a quarter horse cross and stands around 15 hands tall and weighs around 900lbs. Waco has been with us since he was 5 months old, and our 15 year old daughter has done all the work with him. She’s done desensitization, groundwork and has a solid 60 days of riding on him. He’s been ridden out in the fields, worked with in the arena, and ridden down the road and highway around traffic. He’s been around dogs, cattle, chickens and none of it phases him. He was started in a hackamore but he’s also been riding with a snaffle lately. He responds to both well. He’s a smart little guy with a nice stop, more woah than go and an in your pocket personality. Stands great for the farrier, loves baths, loads, unloads, trailers well and has no vices.
