NOTES: Scooter is the perfect size for most anyone, standing at 14.2 hands. Easy to get on and off of and always has been gentle. Scooter is just 5 years old and has seen tons of miles down the trails and we have used him out checking cattle and gathering steers up for the roping’s. Scooter saddles up gentle every time and always aims to please. Down the trail he crosses downfall, goes up and down steep hills, crosses water and is calm and confident where we go. In the arena Scooter will lope around catching both leads correctly. He has a smooth jog and trot. Scooter will pivot off his hind end, side pass and open and close a gate. We swung ropes on him and started tracking slow cattle around. He is naturally cowy and very attentive to them. He would excel in the roping arena or just an honest ranch horse. He will drag a log, run a gate, and be handy size to sort on in the alley. Ranch horse, rope horse or even a fun weekend sorter, Scooter is talented enough to get it all done. We have enjoyed having him and furthering his training and we believe everyone will like him. This is a very gentle natured gelding that has a kind eye and not a mean bone in him. Sound and Gentle.
