NOTES: Don’t let the name Flame and fiery red coat fool you! This guy is as cool as a cucumber! We’ve used this gelding for the past several years to check pastures, sort pairs, and drag calves to the fire right here in the canyons of the Comanche National Grasslands. This horse has carried everyone in the family from our 10 and 11 year old girls to my father in law with little horse experience. I take him to the sale barn for pen back riders to use as well and he gets the job done. He’s gentle every single day! He’d make a great companion for someone wanting to hit the trails or someone who wants one gentle enough to go check pastures on. He’s an easy keeper with low maintenance, gets along well with other horses, easy to catch and loads/unloads with ease. He’s the definition of a been there done that horse that’s seen a lot of country. He’s been a great part of the family for the past few years but unfortunately my kiddos have upgraded to something a little quicker footed. Don’t miss your chance to own one of the sweetest horses!
