NOTES: Carmel is a beautiful 15-year-old sorrel mare standing 15.1 hands tall. She is a wonderful all-around family horse and has spent the last three years being ridden and shown by our 8-year-old daughter. She is sweet, safe, sound, and dependable. This versatile mare has done it all: • 4-H experience • English and Western Pleasure • Local/fun shows • Trail riding • Parades • Camping trips • Respects temporary fencing • Excellent with children Carmel has a kind disposition and a willing attitude, making her a great partner for a young rider, family, or anyone looking for a reliable horse to enjoy. She has the perfect jog that's easy to sit and the smoothest little lope you could ask for. Carmel is the kind of horse that helps inexperienced riders build confidence and shine in the show ring. She makes her riders look good, takes care of them, and has earned plenty of ribbons along the way. Trustworthy, experienced, and eager to please, she loves attention and is always happy to go to work. She can sit over winter and you’ll pull out the same horse come spring that you haven't ridden since fall. This is a very special mare who has helped build our daughter's confidence and skills both in the show ring and on the trails.
