NOTES: Big Girl is a 16.2 hand grulla mare out of a Percheron stud and Cal Dinky mare. She’s been used for ranch work and has caught plenty of wild cattle, showing she’s strong to the horn and has a big motor. She can be cold-backed when fresh, but she’s not dirty and settles right in once you knock the fresh off. She’s also easy to shoe, making her simple to keep in the string. With her size, strength, and pretty grulla color, Big Girl is a solid, good-looking mare ready to go to work, and she’d make a great pick-up horse or arena sweeper as well.
