NOTES: Walter is gentle, drama free and cute as a button. Walter is a Haflinger Appaloosa cross representing the best of both worlds with a beautiful blanket and the super chill draft horse disposition. He is already a trail favorite! He will ride alone or anywhere in the group. Walter is happy to put his head down and travel wherever you point him. No nonsense. He crosses water, ditches and deadfall slowly and with confidence. While Walter doesn’t ever seem to be in a hurry, he willingly trots and lopes when asked. Smooth and relaxed in all gaits. He is calm yet still responsive. Walter has been ridden over obstacles, around cattle, goats, dogs and traffic. If you want a partner to enjoy as you mosey through life, Walter is your guy. Two small cosmetic scars on left hind from encounter with a bale ring last fall shown in video. Stands 14.1 hands.
