NOTES: Cheeto is a super nice horse that carries the Shomaker Farms brand! Patterned on the barrels, trail rides great: over, across, or through anything. He has been my go to for carrying my daughter in the buddy seat. He team sorts, been pastured roped on and can drag just about anything, was told he has roped out of the box but that's not something I have done on him, ponies other horses, has carried flags at Fort Madison Rodeo, been in parades with sirens and horns blaring close and can even place in fun show pleasure classes. Cheeto rides just as well in the cold as he does in the warm weather but if you don't ride in the cold, he can have several months off and step right back on him like he never missed a day. He's BIG, 16 hh!  Walk, trot, lope, side pass, back absolutely no bite, buck or rear, does well in a stall, dry lot or pasture. 100% sound and sane. Stands great for the farrier. He is not for a beginner only because he has so much power going around the barrels or going after cows, but my 6 year old daughter has rode him at home. A handy youth would be fine. He was hitting 2D when I bought him and I can't get him there. It's me, not him. He had kissing spine surgery in February of last year (2025) and has come back better than ever. No soundness issues whatsoever and I have rode him hard on several day trail rides since then. FMI (217) 491-1601
