NOTES: Whiskey is a 7 year old 15.1 hand gelding that has been used for everything under the sun. We’ve headed and heeled steers on him, turned back at the cuttings, ran a cowhorse pattern on him. He is very broke and good to be around. He is 100% sound but if you give him time off can be cinchy. With consistent riding he saddles up great. His sire is DOCS FOXIE PEPPY SAN, Son of ALAMITOS PEPPY, 4th Sandhills RCHA Derby Pro-Am Limited. Sire of SUGAR BLUE ACE (split 9th RAYMOND Stampede PRCA/WPRA Rodeo Breakaway Roping), POCO O LENA FLIT (9th CBF Big BANG Barrels Day 2 #2 Open 3D). Son of PADDYS IRISH WHISKEY, $12,149: 3rd NCHA Amateur Classic/Challenge; 7th Steamboat Springs Open Derby; semi-finalist NCHA Open Derby; finalist Augusta Non-Pro Classic. Sire of 211 money-earners, $1,829,092, and earners of 5,554 AQHA points, including SUM IRISH RUM ($147,211 and 79.5 AQHA points: 3rd NRCHA Open Futurity), SLR WON SMART WOLF ($143,836: NRCHA World Open Two-Rein Champion), THORN DOC WHISKEY ($125,307: split 6th NCHA Non-Pro Super Stakes), IRISH WHISKEY SUGAR ($109,114: 3rd Canada Lammles Cutting Non-Pro Classic), IRISH WHISKEY MIX ($104,092 and 1,667 AQHA points: AQHA World Champion Senior Tie-Down Roping Horse; AQHA Amateur Performance Champion). His dam is PARKMAN PATTY A granddaughter of TRIPLE COLONEL, $5,676 and 21.5 AQHA points: split 8th Southwest RHA Futurity Snaffle Bit/Hackamore 3-Year-Old; finalist NRHA Top finalist Non-Pro; Open Perf. ROM. Sire of 35 money-earners, 23 AQHA point-earners, including IM A LITTLE FRECKLE ($11,126: Iowa Breeders Cutting Futurity Nominated 4-Year-Old Non-Pro Reserve Champion).
