NOTES: Split is a 17 year old ranch gelding that has been my sons ranch horse since he was broke and trained. He is a true and solid guy that has made an everyday living on the ranch from day working to roping to dragging to the fire to roping and dragging a 2000 pound bull on the trailer. He will go to that rouge cow and put you right where you need to be to catch it. You won’t find a more sound seasoned ranch gelding. Split will carry both the Yancy and Mattern Ranch brand on his shoulder and hip. Out of registered stock but we never registered him so he is grade. Only being sold due to a younger horse is being trained and they can’t get the young one trained if they always grab the trained one. Stands 15.1.
