NOTES: 4 year old 1/4 draft Red Roan gelding stands 16 hands high, weights 1350, and stands on a #2 shoe. Hondo is a very gentle and quiet gelding that I raised myself, he is easy to catch, he is broke for anyone to ride and can be rode out by himself or in groups, he has been used extensively behind cattle, has roped in the pasture to and rates cattle, is strong from the horn and stays quiet in the box. I have used him to daywork off of, he will load in anything you point him at and is just an all around very nice horse that likes his job. Hondo stands good for the farrier, to bathe, clip, and mount. He will ride off easy and quiet no matter how much time he's been turned out and is an easy keeper. He is UTD on all worming and shots, just had a fresh set of shoes and if you are looking for a gelding the whole family can enjoy from the kids to the competitor I think Hondo will fit the bill.
