Though he's never been shown, he's been trained in all reining maneuvers and could easily be ridden in western dressage or ranch versatility classes. We've hauled him to various arenas and exposed him to the hustle and bustle of an event environment. Badger has been ridden extensively on our farm and trails, through traffic and other obstacles and distractions. He loads on the trailer, is easy to bathe, shoe and clip, and will ground tie. We have used Badger to teach kids riding lessons and he will not take advantage of a beginner. Badger comes from the Hawthorn Ranch in Nebraska where we purchased him as a 3 year old.
