Rockin Gin is a gorgeous bay gelding that stands 15.1 hands. He is an own son of the great Rockin W and is from the 6666's ranch. He is eligible for Ruby Buckle, Royal Crown and so many more incentives! If you are looking for a horse that can truly do it all, this is your guy! He has been rode by kids, used as a barrel horse, head horse, has been used all over the ranch and is a great sorting horse. He has a very laid back demeanor but so much athleticism when you ask him to move! He loves to be trail rode on and will go over any obstacle. He is very soft, can be rode in an O ring, hackamore or will still stay soft in a port! He’s broke to do it all! He is great with other horses, great for the farrier, doesn’t sit back and hauls easy on the road! No vices or injuries. Maternal brother to NFR horse, "Paint” and winner of over $250k. He is bred, trained and currently owned by an NFR Qualifier. He has been hauled back in forth from TX to WY for several years. He’s seen a lot of rodeos and jackpots. He had a cowhorse start, very broke, soft in the face, moves off your leg and has always drug his butt. He will EASILY make a 1D horse, he is gritty and always wants to turn a barrel. He is still in an o ring snaffle, he is very easy to ride and slow works like a dream. I think he would be a cool breakaway horse as well, he is tracking the dummy. He is also well patterned on the poles. He has been rode consistently by an 11 year old girl. He has been trail rode extensively. He is barefoot and requires no maintenance. He is 14.2 hands. He has no vices. His sire is CROWNROYAL N 7, 4th Chowchilla Stampede Barrels Day 1 3D; 3rd Chowchilla Stampede Barrel Derby Sidepot Open 2D. Sire of 3 money-earners, including SNIP N CROWN 7 (OUTLAW Barrel Finals Derby Round 1 Open 2D Co-Champion), KS WHISKEY BUSINESS (6th WWP Cowgirl GATHERING Barrel Racing AQHA Sidepot Open 5D). Leroy is a big 16.3+ hand gelding. Primarily has been an all around show horse for 4H and LARGE competitive open shows. He rides hunter, western pleasure and has jumped. His personality is just as big to match him. He LOVES kids and is a dream to handle anywhere. Not only does he show off in the show pen, he trail rides and gathers cattle. Exotics don’t bother him either. Leroy is eligible for palomino and pinto registration. Take him to the shows and win, use him as a lesson horse or hit the trails on one of the most unique horses ever. He has an available clean PPE with X-rays. Sells sound in every way.

This is a REALLY HONEST DARK BUCKSKIN QUARTER HORSE GELDING that has been used for all phases of ranch work. He can pasture rope, sort, doctor, and load out the trucks. He is handy and very dependable. He is a real joy to ride as he will do whatever is asked of him without hesitation or refusal. He loves deep water, he will step over logs, pick through tough rocky ground, and go up and down very steep ground quietly. He has a nice one hand neck rein, an easy turnaround, and a big stop. He is super comfy, easy to sit, and obedient. He stands still to mount from either side, picks up all four feet, backs up, and moves off of leg cues. He will unload in unfamiliar country and ride off as if he had been there many times before. He lopes nice circles. He is 11 years old and stands 15.3 hands tall. He is sound and has no vices.

Eagle is a 15.1 hand gray gelding that is 5 years old that was used on a large cow calf operation where he was used to rope, doctor, sort, and drag to the fire. He has also been used at the stockyards as well. He’s tuff as they come and is not for an inexperienced rider. I’ve owned this horse for little over a year and all he’s done is trail riding. Sells 100% sound.

15.1 hands, APHA, 2 coming 3 year old filly. JLo is started on the head side. One of the most calm and reliable horses I’ve been around. Leave her off for a few months and when you get back on her she’s the same horse every time. There’s no nonsense with her! Super kind and gentle horse. I’ve even put kids on her! Fancy broke and ready for a job! Been rode through the pastures and sorted cattle. Started roping the sled and tracking steers on her. Big boned and stout build. She’s built to last!

2003 Sorrel Gelding Head Horse. 15.3 hands 1300lbs. Winston is a very special kind of horse. He has been taken really good care of and still has lots of use left in him. I purchased this horse at the beginning of 2023 from JD Tadlock and Beth Looney. Beth has hauled Winston for 5 years before I got him. I won nearly every where I hauled him last year, including splitting $64,500 in the 11.5 WSTR Finale in Las Vegas in December. He has been so good to me that I have got my heading number moved up. There is zero buck or silliness with Winston. He is super gentle and makes the same run every time. He scores great, can run, good move, and finishes strong. He will fit any level rider. He is very broke and wants to please. I want someone else to enjoy Winston and win off him. His sire is HOWLEY BOTTOM CHEX, Son of LUCKY BOTTOM SILVER; sire of 3 money-earners, including LUCKY BOTTOM CHEX (19 AQHA points: Open Perf. Sire of 145 money-earners, $1,041,216, 56 AQHA point-earners, including LUCKY BOTTOM 79 ($110,603: finalist NCHA Non-Pro Finals; NCHA Silver Award), LUCKYWIMPER MAC ($128,449: NCHA World Champion Gelding; NCHA Bronze Award), LUCKY BOTTOM 5 ($58,562 and 89 AQHA points: NCHA World Champion Gelding; NCHA Silver Award, Superior Cutting), LUCKY BOTTOM 57 ($24,155: NCHA Youth Co-World Champion), LUCKY BOTTOM 18 ($102,173: AQHA World Champion Senior Cutting Horse; NCHA Silver Award), LUCKY BOTTOM ME ($81,283: NCHA Open Futurity Reserve Champion). Milo is a stout big boned foundation bred gelding. He is 15.1, very gentle and loves being around people. He’s had the same owner since he was a yearling until I bought him. He is 1 hand broke, is soft in his face and has a correct stop. Recently he’s been used outside doctoring and gathering cattle but would be great at any job asked of him. He doesn’t get in a hurry about much and would be a great beginner and/or family horse. Milo is quiet to saddle, bathe, trailer, shoe, and is always easy to catch. His sire is BLU QUACHITA HANCOCK; sire of, RUFF HANCOCK (5th IBRA PRFRD Barrel Racing 4-BADGES Day 3 4D), RW BLU PYPER (6th AQHA World Cowboy Mounted Shooting Limited Select Amateur). This is a very FLASHY LEOPARD APPALOOSA PONY GELDING that has been youth ridden. He has been shown in 4H and been an end of the year high point award winner. He has been shown in many different events and classes from Ranch pleasure trail to barrels and poles. He has been ridden by a 6 year old youth rider. He is 13 hands tall and stocky made. He loves kids and takes his time with them and is patient. He will also step up and ride around when asked to do so by a more experienced rider. He has worked a lot of cattle outside and will work a cow nicely. He is cowy and has a lot of ability. He will sit down and turn around. He will do flying lead changes with ease and will one step lope. He stops on the voice command of whoa, backs up, and will move off of leg cues.

Ruby Red is a 10 year old, 15 hand molly mule. She will walk, trot, and lope correctly and with nice balance. Ruby is soft to handle and will allow you to open and shut gates from the saddle. She will also side pass over to any object; mounting block, tailgate, etc., to allow you to mount. Ruby is wonderful in the arena, but she is also excellent on the trails and in the woods. Ruby will carefully take you through the roughest terrain. Her confidence will allow you to safely go up and down the steepest trails without worries. Ruby has packed and has lead pack strings of several animals and gear. Her ground manners are just as soft and sweet. You can handle her feet, load in any trailer, bathe, etc. She does well with time off or in a stall. Ruby will be an excellent addition to your barn.

Sister is an 8 year old gorgeous grade bay mare. Age confirmed by veterinarian. She measures at 15 hands. Super sweet mare that is good for the entire family! Finished head and heel horse. Would make a great breakaway, tie-down horse. She has been started on the poles and barrels and is finished enough for a handy youth! She is very gentle and wants to please. Sound, safe, no holes!

Bean has had cutting training and knows how to work a cow. He is a team sorters dream horse as he is quick, catty and reads a cow very well. Bean has been ranched on, pasture roped on and loaded trucks. He is great on trails as well, crosses creek, ditches and logs. He can go in any direction that you want him to go from ranch shows, to team sorting, cutting, ranch rodeos, use him around the ranch or just mosey along down the trails! Tex is a seasoned gelding 14.1 hands with a lot of life experience. We have used him at the feedlot, branding calves and he is also pretty good to breakaway and heel on. He is good in the box, scores and leaves flat. Tex is more of a ranch gelding and fits the profile well, he's got plenty of cow and knows the deal out doctoring calves and branding. He is great to use in the pens, works and holds a gate well.

Donkey is a 4 year old, 35 inch gelding that is full of personality and love. Our daughter started Donkey from the ground up a little over a year ago. He has had a lot of ground work and riding, both in the arena and on the trail. He follows the big horses anywhere. Donkey is slow and steady but he has the stamina to stay with the big animals all day long. Donkey has also lead a string of pack ponies and has trained other ponies/donkeys to lead. He is also broke to pull a ground slide and a pony cart. Handling his ears and feet are not an issue. Donkey is sweet and safe to have around.

Alvin is a handsome dark buckskin that is built right and made to last! He has great manners and stays GENTLE! He is registered, only 10 years old and stands 15 hands tall. He is one hand broke, picks up both leads, and has been ridden everywhere. He is friendly and easy to catch. He has been used outside, recently doctoring cattle, and has been trail ridden a lot. He has a lot of cattle sense and pays attention to the task in front of him. We’ve also trotted him through the barrels and poles and he took to them well. He picks up all four feet willingly, ground ties while grooming and saddling and doctoring, hauls great, and blankets easily. He is an easy keeper and gets along well with other horses, in a stall, or turned out, and is up to date on everything. Dakota is a 15.1 hand gelding that is truly as safe as you could ask a horse to be and he is beautiful! Been shown halter and showmanship by 4H kids, flown the flag in grand entries and drill teams. He has been on the Laredo to San Antonio trail ride the last 6 years and countless more in between. Absolutely NO buck or spook no matter the time off. If you can sit up and hold the reins you can ride him. He’s also a doll to be around with great manners. Dakota has been exposed to all kinds of exotic animals, pushed roping steers and crossed lots of rivers. Unfortunately family medical issue forces immediate sale. We have owned him 7 years.

2011, Gray OTTB, 16.1 hands with a Lip Tattoo. Goes back to the infamous Secretatiat. Has had Barrel training put on him but he doesn't enjoy them. He has been introduced to the jumps, swung a rope off of, trail rode on alot as well as rode in parades. He can get excited but no funny business. Overall does great. He's light in the mouth with an awesome smooth stride as well as a good stop and back. He is a lot of horse but not pushy.

This is FRIENDLY FRISCO DID THAT, a registered FRIESIAN BLOOD HORSE GELDING that is broke to ride and drive. This nice gelding is 8 years old and in his prime. He stands 15.1 hands tall, is stocky made, and built to last. This nice gelding has good bone and feet. He has lots of action and is a fancy mover. He has been driven on the main roads and is traffic safe. He stands to harness, hitch, tack, and groom. He has been trail riding and will go through the streams and up and down the muddy embankments. He walks out nicely, stops on whoa, and backs up. You can open and close the gates off of him.

Pecos is 7 years old and stands 15 hands. If you’re looking to add a big, stout, soft eyed pretty one to your string, here he is. He had a late start in life and was started as a 4 year old. Got him as a 5 year old and used him on a yearling operation. He has been used extensively outside since we have had him. We have roped tons of yearlings in the wheat field on him and he will hold the rope while you doctor. This last year we started him on the head side and heel side but he could go either direction. He would also make a great breakaway or tripping horse. He has a very nice stop and the looks to go with it. He has big motor and is on a good path just need someone to take him and finish him out. His sire is DDD GOLDSEEKN CHIC, Son of GOLDSEEKERS COWBOY; sire of GOLDSEEKERS BAR CODY (top 10 Elite Extravaganza Barrels Day 2 6D). Grandson of SKIP TO A COWBOY, 17 AQHA points; sire of 2 money-earners, including SKIPS TRU COWBOY (AQHA point-earner), HITALIC (4th Barrel Bash HUTCHINSON Mar Day 3 Open 2D), LOVES LEGACY (finalist Missouri QHA Futurity Breeders Yearling Halter Open). His dam is TOM CODY GIRL, dam of 10 AQHA foals. Dam's sire is POCO 007; sire of, POCOS ROTATION (finalist in the Elite Summer Sizzle Barrels Day 2 3D).

Louie is a handsome 5 year old Paint Gelding. He is very athletic and very easy to be around. Louie stands 14.1, he neck reins, and turns around on a dime. He has been down the trails and to the arena. For easy mounting you can smooch him over to the fence to get on him. He is a very kind and willing gelding that is fun to ride.

Peño is broke to ride and drive. Wouldn’t say for a beginner not broncy or anything like that but rides pretty handy. Good for the farrier, bathes, loading, loves cookies easy to catch. Doesn’t kick, UTD on teeth, feet, vaccines, wormer. He is currently been kicked out with geldings in a pasture. He’s bred a few mares and produces quality babies with outstanding conformation and color. Both testicles are down. Selling sound and clean legged/feet. Peño has been well cared for and loved.

Etch stands about 15 hands. He is puppy dog gentle on the ground. You don't ever have to worry about chasing him around a pen, he will come and find you. Stands well to be groomed, saddled, etc. He has been exposed to the box, heel-o-matic, and has tracked and roped the lead steer and donkeys. Has sorted and gathered cattle. Etch knows his leads, has a good stop and turn around, good collection and body control. He has a lot of athletic ability and also enjoys trail rides outside. If you're looking for a performance prospect, I think that Etch would fit the bill. He has shown good natural rate and run. He's not a renegade but he's a colt and does best with consistent riding and experienced riders. He thinks it's fun to untie himself so you'll have to get creative with your knots. 406-570-4936

This is a FAMILY and YOUTH SAFE, BIG BRABANT BLUE ROAN GELDING that anyone can ride or drive. This gelding stands 16 hands tall. He is thick made and very muscular with the typical BRABANT build. He is super quiet natured, very easy to ride, and gentle. He will stand for a mounting block, he stands to mount from either side, he loads and unloads quietly, he hauls with ease, and he stands to tack. He is patient, kind, forgiving, and very personable. He is 16 years old and has been there and done that. He crosses water, all trail obstacles, and will unload in unfamiliar surroundings and ride off quietly. He stands to harness, he can be driven and hitched by beginner teamsters, and he is traffic safe. Horses like him are hard to come by with his color, level of safety, size, and temperament.

Pork Chop is a 14.1 hand, 15 year old John mule. Pork Chop is safe for anyone to ride. He has spent most of his life as a dude mule in the Grand Canyon taking guests on trail rides. While he is a great follower, Pork Chop will also ride out alone or lead a group. He will neck rein and is superior on the trails. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and gentle trail mule that can be ridden every week or once a week, he is the mule for you!

Thunder is a 14 year old brown gelding. Standing 15 hands. Thunder is a trail horse deluxe. He has rode a many of miles down the trail through rough terrain, deep waters and up mountains. He has plenty of pep in his step and will keep up with the lead horse with no complaints. He is not fancy broke but will walk, trot, and lope when asked, stop, back up, and he neck reins wonderfully. He is traffic and parade safe, will carry a flag and has been used for all playday events. He is best suited for intermediate and up riders due to his driven and go getter personality. He stands for the farrier and vet perfectly and is 100% sound.

Yeller is a beautiful stout dappled palomino. In the summer she will be a golden dapple color. She has a great set of bloodlines to still produce some fantastic colts. She has had 4 colts, 2 black colts, 2 bay colts, never had a problem foaling, easy breeder, and all were outstanding babies that turned out nicely well built and good minded horses. Before I started getting colts out of her in her early years, I did ranch work off her, did play on the barrels, poles, playday events for fun and trailriding. A smooth ride and would go all day. Woodys Renegade AKA Pancho! He is a 2010 model AQHA bay roan gelding. He is a half brother to the great WOODY BE TUFF! Pancho stands 15.1 hands tall, is shapey as can be and the gentlest gelding you can find. This is not a horse that comes around very often! He’s an established guy with a stacked resume and we could write a book about him but his video shows how great he truly is, or come see him for yourself! You can rope both ends on him, no tie down needed. Very handy broke, has a nice turn around, big stop and super light in the face! Moves off your legs and lopes around smooth as butter right out of his tracks. He has been too multiple brandings, done all aspects of ranch work, never leaves you stranded and does everything asked of him. Will go through all the playday patterns, carry flags, good in traffic and on roads/highways. Pancho has been hauled to every event you can think of and doesn’t ever have a care in the world, just happy to be there! He is turned out with other mares, geldings, low on the pecking order and gets along with everyone. He also does very good stalled and eats and drinks well on the road. He stands to be saddled, stands good for the farrier and vet, and is easy to catch! If you read this entire ad and thought that maybe he is just too good to be true, come see him for yourself. His sire is NITAS WOOD, $13,975: 3rd Abilene Spectacular Non-Pro Classic. Sire of 251 money-earners, $6,705,148, earners of 1,252 AQHA points, including WOODY BE LUCKY ($708,112 and 88 AQHA points: NCHA Non-Pro World Champion twice; NCHA Hall of Fame, Superior Amateur Cutting), JUNIE WOOD ($526,845: NCHA Horse of the Year, NCHA Hall of Fame). His dam is MAYOS REGALO, dam of 7 AQHA foals, including WOODY BE ROAN ($11,254: semi-finalist NCHA Amateur Futurity), SAN BADGERS REGALO ($6,042 AQHA point-earner: finalist Bonanza Non-Pro Derby), and a half-sister to NITAS SWEET SON ($137,475: finalist NCHA Open Classic/Challenge).

If you are looking for a good solid gelding to add to your barn check out this one! Swagger is a very solid grade gelding and stands at 15.2 hands tall and is 8 years old! Swagger is built to last and has all the ability in the world. He is a blast to ride and has the smoothest gates ever! This guy will go absolutely anywhere you point him. Not only is he easy to operate he is gentle for just about anyone! Swagger has been ridden outside on the ranch most of his life making him super fun and safe out on trail. Swagger has been started on the head side and is ready to enter! He’s quiet in the box, scores great and is patterned right! He has been around wildlife, blowing tarps, heavy equipment, barking dogs, screaming kids and much more. Nothing seems to phase this gelding at all. Swagger is very easy going and has a very calm temperament. This gelding will walk up to the gate to be caught and you can swing up on him bareback and ride him back to the barn. He loves getting attention, to be groomed and he loves his baths. This gelding loads/unloads in the trailer with ease and will stand tied up all day like a gentleman. This gelding is a pleasure to be around making him very desirable. Don’t miss out on this handsome guy.

Bred very well! Both of his parents are futurity winners. The man riding this colt started High Brow Cat himself. He put the start on this horse too! He has had the very best start one can get. Has had lots of ground work. He is very broke, extremely gentle, and willing to please type horse. He hasn’t been rode in over a year and we just saddled him up and rode off. He has never bucked. The man riding him is not in good health being the reason the horse is for sale. We are only the second owners other than the person who raised him. He hasn’t been passed around or been messed up by different riders. He’s ready to go in any direction. Sound and sane and very athletic mover. His sire is STUNNED, $111,797: NCHA Open Futurity Reserve Champion. Sire of 19 money-earners, including STUNNING TRICK ($56,004: NCHA $35,000 Non-Pro Co-World Champion), DAZED AND STUNNED ($43,713: semi-finalist NCHA Open Super Stakes Derby), WOOD B STUNNING ($30,955: 3rd West Texas Amateur Classic), STYLISHLY STUNNED ($17,739: 6th Utah CHA Int. NOTES: Looking for BIG, Handsome AND Broke?! Then this is YOUR guy! Don't let him being a sorrel make you shy away some of the best we've owned! Plus he has blue eyes that make him STAND OUT! Solid built 11 year old GRADE gelding! He was age verified by our vet! He is a draft X who stands 15.2 hands! Onyx is big boned, big footed and big bodied! This big boy wouldn't hurt a fly he is so gentle. Onyx has been headed off of, rode in the arena and outside. He one hand neck reins beautifully and spins(don't expect a reiner spin) for a big boy! He has a really deep stop to make him 10x better, is very soft in the face. This guy would be as beautiful in English tack as he is in Western apparel! He really collects up when asked! He is as smooth as a Cadillac to ride! We do think he has had some dressage training in the past. Would make a great pick up horse. He is very sure footed and is easy to get along with. Rides bareback. He doesn't care about anything bumping into his sides, hanging on him, or sitting on his butt. He isn't spooky, has not offered to buck, bite, rear, bolt or kick. He will stand to tack, ground tie, hard tie, pick up all 4 feet and was an angel for the vet. No maintenance comes with him other then basic care, he is a easy keeper as well. Will load right up in the trailer. We have not seen any bad habits in him. He gets along well with others. Up to date on coggins, vaccines, feet and teeth.
