Catalog Layout Editor

The Catalog Layout Editor allows you to fully customize your sale catalog presentation. In this action of the program, you can change the page layout option, add advertisements or text fillers, and make adjustments to the format of the text.

You can make edits and changes on ALL of the catalog layout page formats separately and save them. This means, for example, you can create a newsprint sale preview with shortened family trees and limited information to send out before your sale and also create a 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 printed book with all information included. Simply edit one of your catalog layout options, save, and then you can switch to another.

Note: The Catalog Layout Editor is designed to be used once your catalog pages are complete. Make sure you have edited your pages, added pictures, and are "printer-ready," as this is your last step in the catalog creation process.

Saving Your Work

The SAVE button is in the top left corner under the drop down menu!

The Catalog Layout Editor allows you to continually update your layout until you are finished. Save each time before you leave the page to ensure all your changes you made will be saved. You can make edits and changes as many times as you like and, as long as you save, they will be there when you log in the next time.

Regenerate Catalog

The option to Regenerate Catalog will populate any changes made on the Edit Horse Page or Edit Catalog Page BUT formatting and ads done in the Catalog Layout Editor will be lost
